Oh I think the “fog” may be lifting!
The day yesterday was fantastic.
Sunny and warm….finally!
I feel like I may get my head back on track.
I love to photo what I am eating as I am a very visual person and it really gives me a sense of what I need to do and where I need to make changes.
So what a better way to begin again with a segment of my Daily Eats and WIAW!
So onto the food!
As soon as my feet hit the floor I take the THRIVE W with a bottle of water and stick on the DFT patch.
My protein needs are higher then the average bear due to my rearranged digestive system, the directions do say to mix with water preferably. I use 1/2 of a RTD protein shake to boost the 15g of protein in the THRIVE mix.
