Today is about a subject I wish I did not experience.
Yes it has happened and I am not happy about it. I allowed the issues that life has thrown at me to effect how I treated myself and that in turn allowed very bad habit t creep back in or in some cases develop.
I stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in a very long time and I was about in tears. I already knew the scale numbers would not be good I can feel it in my clothes. This was a giant wake-up call!

It is time to…
I broke out the paperwork and “Bariatric Bible”.
I have decided to seriously get back to basics to boost my weight loss and start with what my Bariatric team calls “Phase 2”. Essentially it is a High Protein full liquid diet that I did 2 weeks prior to surgery and at least 2 weeks after surgery. I will follow this plan for 3 days and then access where I am and how I am feeling.
It is quite restrictive….but will be worth the boost.
