  1. That’s the thing about sushi (my beloved sushi)… it can fill you up real quickly, but then an hour later I’m like… hm… dinner? I’m trying to take note of the places that FILL their rolls with lots of fish. Mmmmm the best. Also – artichoke!? I am at a complete loss as to how you prepare and eat one of those things. I love them but have only ventured to the canned/jarred variety.

      I just steam them, but they can take a bit of work to eat, which is ok by me because it helps slow me down. The leaves you just use your teeth to scrape the soft part off, tasty, though the hearts are the best.
