Hello lovlies! Fall is so beautiful I absolutely LOVE it.
It is the most wonderful time of the year….

My breakfast was protein coffee. Yes I just need the warmth in the morning to begin my day. Absolutely NOTHING wrong with it.
I have taken a break from this for now. I love coffee, I know I was told I would not, but in the cooler temperatures I do and decaf just does not taste the same. I have learned a lot about me though. I do not NEED coffee. The experience did give me a boost, something my body must have been lacking and that is awesome because my energy levels are back. I LOVE it! If I start to feel sluggish again I will absolutely will go Thriving again.
So just wanted to clarify for my regular readers…so no thinking hey you are not supposed to have coffee….It is all good.
Onto the daily eats…
here is a mid morning “coffee break”.
Another cooler weather fave in the cooler temps…though not coffee and no caffeine included…
A Steamer made with skim milk and SF hazelnut syrup added. Mmmmm
I love my yogurt, especially the Pumpkin Chobani, but it is getting pretty close to not being able to enjoy these too.
I just cannot do some things with cooler temps. Yogurts are one that really decrease as the days get cooler.
My afternoon snack…
A yummy, crisp, tasty apple.
We went apple picking this past weekend finally and there just truly is nothing tastier to me then a fresh picked apple.
God’s candy in my book.
I have to say I do love spanish food, actually I like many ethnic dishes.
this happened to be spanish rice topped with chicken, cheese and salsa with a side of avocado.
So good. And easy to make.
